We’re happy to publish articles from guest authors, but before you submit a post to Best-E-Cigarette-Guide for review, please read these guidelines to ensure that your article gets approved for publication.
Article Quality:
We are proud of our authors. They write articles that are expertly written, compelling and highly informative. Your article must follow suit and adhere to our guidelines:
1- Posts must be expertly written by an individual (not a company).
2- You should show us that you have a track record of writing great content. The first thing we require is that you send us links to other articles you have authored. Your name must be listed as the author.
3- Authors must have a Gravatar (a globally unique avatar) so your photo will show up in the author box and on comments. Don’t have one? Setting up a Gravatar is easy. Just visit the official site.
4- Your post must be relevant to our mission – the promotion of tobacco harm reduction through the use of non-combustible smoking alternatives such as e-cigarettes and related vapor products.
5- Articles should be a minimum of 1000 words and should cover the topic in detail.
6- You should include 3 or 4 images that will support your article. Unless you license your images, credit the source. If you use your own images, credit yourself!
7- Your article must be written specifically for the Best-E-Cigarette-Guide audience. Your voice should not only be informative, but entertaining! It should show off your unique style.
8- Your post structure must be clearly defined and easy to navigate. Use lots of Sub-Headings that contain your Keywords. Do not use long paragraphs. Break them up into 1 to 3 sentences at a time.
9- Submissions must be original. That means your article should not have appeared on any other website.
10- Articles should include links to high quality posts, articles, or research studies on other websites when they are relevant and add value to your blog post.
Those Sources Should Include:
- News quotes and articles
- Scientific reports or statements
- Health agency statements
- Supporting statements from other vaping experts
Speaking of Credit
Best-E-Cigarette-Guide has great respect for individual work.
If you provide information that is truly unique to another writer’s work, or you use unlicensed images in your post, or those not in the public domain, give others credit where credit is due.
If you are writing tutorials, take a screenshot, and if needed, credit the source.
Guest Author Self-Promotion
Your guest article to Best-E-Cigarette-Guide will help you to continue building a name for yourself as an expert on vaping. It will also help you grow and expand your readership.
Although we do not allow links to completing commercial websites or your affiliate links within posts, we have a prominent author box that appears directly after your article. The box includes your Gravatar, Bio, plus a link to your Blog or a non-commercial page relevant to our content. It is rare that we place dofollow links. We do; however, allow links to your social media page.

We respect everyone’s work. If we discover that your work is not original and has been copied from another author, we will immediately remove all your guest posts and profile from Best-E Cigarette-Guide. In addition, you will not be permitted to contribute to Best-E-Cigarette Guide or any of our company’s websites.
Also, by submitting a post to Best-E-Cigarette-Guide, you give us copyright ownership if it is published. We reserve the right to edit and update the material, including placing links to other related products and articles. It also helps us to deal with any DMCA related issues.

1- Research your keywords to see what people are searching for. We’re looking for a fresh, unique perspective on timely topics. That said, if your article is just a rehash of what has already been covered by scores of other authors, it has little value.
2- You’re better off submitting timeless content rather than something which will only be relevant for a week.
3- When planning your blog post, remember, if people don’t like the title, they won’t read the rest of your post!
